Twelve year-old Shawn from Fort Erie has grown up around fudge! His family owns and operates a fudge-making business that goes on the road to different festivals around Ontario all summer long. Shawn is an accomplished cartoonist and loves skateboarding. Eleven year-old Melissa's family owns one of the few family-run resorts in Muskoka. Melissa helps out in many ways and loves the summertime, when she takes care of guests' toddlers and sees all her old friends return for vacation with their families.

The Swap: Shawn gets an inside peek into how a resort is run. Will he be able to complete his challenges: to stand up on water skis and to successfully serve a table at the resort restaurant? Like any kid, Melissa loves fudge --but she knows little about what goes into making it. Is she up to the challenges of making candy, selling it and travelling to a festival with the fudge trailer -- and not get sick of fudge in the process?
