Nathalja is 11 and has already discovered her passion: the water. She is part of an intensive summer sailing program in the Georgian Bay area. Her family spends much of their summer travelling and living off of their boat. Twelve year-old Peter is Vietnamese and a rock-climbing fanatic. He practices at a climbing gym in Guelph and loves to get out into nature and explore all types of climbing challenges.

The Swap: Peter is challenged to a mini regatta, and best of all - to capsize a sailboat! Nathalja is challenged to climb a wall of choice, and then to go outdoors to try a final challenge: rappelling!
